CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center presents "Eew That's Gross: Nature's Recyclers" Jan. 23 from 2 to 3 p.m. This puppet show will feature friendly puppets and how they recycle dead plants, animals, and rotting logs.

"Many animals take part in nature's recycling process," said Michelle Randecker, a naturalist at the Nature Center. "We'll learn what happens in nature and we'll also learn what humans can do to help."

All ages are welcome and no registration is required for this fun and educational program. The show starts at 2 p.m. with a recycled craft to follow. Youth and adult groups are welcome.

The Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center is located inside Cape County Park North near the intersection of North Kingshighway and Interstate 55. Find more information on this and other events can be found at mdc.mo.gov/CapeNatureCenter or by texting the word nature to 91212.
